DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

It depends. If you are an entity like a LLC or trust that is selling or buying, then I'd recommend an attorney. In a typical transaction, its not required but this is a personal choice if you'd like to consult with an attorney or tax expert.

HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?
